3. Media Access

Flickly requests access to your photo library solely to provide its core functionality (cleaning, organizing, favoriting, restoring, and deleting media).

• Your photos and videos never leave your device.
• No media content is uploaded to any server.
• Flickly does not scan, analyze, classify, or moderate your media.

4. Local Storage

The App stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• Theme preferences
• Language preferences
• Favorites and trash state
• Usage statistics (e.g., deleted items count)
• Subscription status

This data is stored using secure local storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to external servers.

5. Sharing Functionality

Flickly allows users to share media using the operating system’s built-in sharing features. Shared content is handled directly by the selected third-party application. Flickly does not store or transmit shared media.

6. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Flickly uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

Flickly is not intended for children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. International Users

If advertising services are enabled, data processing may occur outside your country of residence, in accordance with the third-party provider’s policies.

12. User Rights

You may remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the App. You may manage advertising preferences through your device settings.
